Considering January 21st one year ago seems crazy!!! I can't believe it has been a whole year already! Hannah has rocked our world in so many ways. She is very lively, full of life, full of expression, DRAMATIC, high maintenance, extreme, lovable, and loving (when she wants to be), verbal, busy, sweet, happy, and can light up a room with those gorgeous blue eyes and precious smile! She brings so much joy to my life and I can't imagine life without her.
Over the last year the milestones she's reached are:
rolling over: 4 1/2 months
sitting up: 5 months
eating food: 5-6 months
army crawl: 7 months
first tooth: 7 months
really crawling: 8 months
pulling up: 9 months
walking: 11 months
Loves:
Bath-time
Kissing with her mouth wide open
Playing, following, copying, taking toys from, and hugging Madie
Eating (bananas, carrots, green beans, cheerios, potatoes, crumbs Madie drops)
Singing (at the top of her lungs...some would call it screaming)
Despises:
Riding in her car seat
Having her face/noses wiped
Having her diaper changed
sweet peas
I can't wait to see all of the new things she'll learn and do within the next year of her sweet little life. I pray the Lord would give much wisdom to Stephen and I on how to parent Hannah. She is very different from Madie, she is her own little unique person. I pray the Lord would nurture the relationship between my two girls and that they would grow to love, honor, and protect one another. I pray God would use me to show her the selfless love of Christ over this next year. I'm anxious to see the person she's becoming and what this next year will bring for her. I count myself beyond blessed to have the opportunity to invest my life in her little life, I am often overwhelmed at the joy she brings me and the excitement she produces in our lives. I love you Hannah Kate and look forward to what the Lord has in store for you and for us as your family over this next year, Happy Birthday my little squirt!
