As we have been doing our Bible times this week, I have been focusing in on the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus with Madie. I catch myself thinking often, "Why am I doing this now, she's not old enough to understand..." However, I know that one day the Lord will open her eyes to the Truths of His Word, and since I don't know when that day will be, I'll keep teaching her The beautiful Truths of God's Word. I pray that one day she'll repent and believe! I pray that for BOTH of my children!
The verse we're working on memorizing this week:
He is not here, for He has risen, just as He said, come, see the place where He was lying.
Matt. 28:6
What a beautiful fulfilled promise! Lord, thank you for your faithfulness, and your salvation that cost you so much to be able to offer to us!
