Today, I decided to let a lot of stuff around the house go so I could spend a little more time loving and cuddling with my girls. I have begun to realize a lot more how precious each little moment with them is. They are such a delight to my day and I am so guilty of letting days go by without recognizing that. Today, I spent time holding Hannah (Madie was with my mom-in-law) just studying special things about her, like how she grins every time I kiss her on the cheek, and how she sucks in air every time she wants to let out a laugh, and how she gets a look of major determination when I let her stand on my legs. She is so much fun to watch as she ponders the world around her. Madie on the other hand is FULL of life and energy. She wants everyone in the room to be a part of what she's doing and loves to be read to, she has the most adorable conversation skills and a smile that will turn your world around. I love how when she wants you to ask her a particular question she'll ask it first. Hearing her quote scripture will just about send you into tears, especially "Hillipians four; hourteen" which in normal language is Phillipians 4:13
Children are such a blessing and I thank God for the two precious ones He gave me!
