Madie growing like a weed...

Madie- 3 years, 3 months, and 6 days old

The new individuality that this little girl is coming into is so much fun, yet very hard!  She is a delight and a blessing to spend my days with, but those days come with the challenges of a three year old little sinner that I'm trying to point to the path of righteousness...

Full of Energy
Loves life
Starting to play "make-believe" (which is quite humorous if you're a bystander)
Beginning to retain stories we tell her (so exciting!!!)
Quotes scripture like you wouldn't believe
Loves to sing
Loves to TALK
Enjoys being the center of attention
Loves to be read to
Loves animals (especially Max, the newest member of the family at Nana and Pop's house)
Conversational skills are at a new level...she cracks me up!!!
Has such a gentle and compassionate heart
Struggling to love her sister all the time (bit of a bully at times) but when she does love her she REALLY LOVES HER!
Learning letters and sounds right now...A,B,C,D,and E.
Doesn't really like to color
Likes to draw
Enjoys helping mommy cook
Still enjoys puzzles quite a bit
Likes helping put dishes from the dishwasher away
LOVES to be outside
Loves being with her daddy and going for rides with him in his truck (I think because she can see out the front)
Loves to go to church
Favorite color is pink
Favorite book currently is "Cat in the Hat"
Thrives on routine
Doesn't voluntarily run and jump in the bed, but is always ready when its time
Loves to wear dresses

Madie is a whirlwind of emotions at times, and I can always tell when she is in need of some "special attention time."  She is a smart and joyful little girl who greets each new day with excitement and determination.  She loves to "go" all the time and makes life so much more fun!

 Boots and Blankie...ready to go.

Barnes and Noble's online story time...one of her favorite things to do...

Little Sister loves Big Sister...we're hoping someday soon for a consistent mutual feeling...its there sometimes...but not all the time.
