Thank the Lord for His unspeakable gifts of encouragement through His Word. This week has had the potential to become very overwhelming because of the events coming up. We have the presentation of Nic at Night at church Sunday night which I still have quite a bit to get together before then and also I am speaking at a Ladies event Monday night. Needless to say, this week was not the week to get sick and the recovery has been rather rough. However, I sought the Lord this morning for some direction and found much peace in what He offered. I handed it all over to the Lord and decided He knows what He's doing and if He wants me less prepared, I'll be content with that. My dependence is completely on Him for strength, endurance, and future preparations. Thank you Father for guarding my heart and my mind from viewing things from my perspective, I'm pretty sure I'd be pretty stressed currently.
